Giveaway!

In honor of all the fun I've been having with this blog lately and all your sweet comments, I'm giving away Plume Sails. The quilt is 30 inches square and features the Plume line from Tula Pink(who is having a great giveaway herself, by the way). Since she and Moda were generous enough to donate the fabric to my guild, I'm passing the love on to you in this giveaway! You can see more pictures of the quilt in my previous post.

Just leave a comment telling me how you'd use the quilt, and I'll use a random number generator to choose a winner May 1st at 8pm. Please only enter if you'd actually like to have the quilt (not to sell it, please).

I love the quilt!! I think gray quilts are so edgy and fun-I'd keep it for myself! My bedroom is going to be a lovely grayish blue and it would look great in my reading chair!

What a fun little quilt that is! I'd bring it, along with the quilt and pillowcases I have made, to our local shelter for families who have lost their homes from job loss or other causes out of their control. We have so much, probably more than we need, and it is nice to give something handmade to those going through hard times.

Thanks for a very generous giveaway!

This is a fabulous quilt. Hmmm! Will I get so attached that I cannot part with it once my niece has her baby (6 months away)? The grey just sets off the colors. Thanks for the giveaway. mlwright29 (at) hotmail (dot) com

It is so cute, hard decision on what to do with it! I would love to have it as a table topper or wall hanging for myself, but EVERYONE is having babies right now, and I can't seem to keep up with the gifts, so it would most likely find a home with one of my friends for their newest little bundle of joy!

I am teaching myself to sew and haven't dared try a quilt yet. I am a math teacher and I would hang it in my classroom and use it in the teaching of geometry. I see using for lessons about triangles, squares, patterns, degree measure, pythagorean theorem, etc. The math lesson possibilities are endless! I would be very excited to win this. Hopefully it would inspire me to get quilting!
