Boho Baby Quilt

It's finished, and I love it. The finished quilt is 32" x 32". For basic instructions see my previous post.I quilted it by machine in straightline concentric squares, outlining the piecing.
After I add a label, I plan to take it to my local quilt shop to donate it to Project Linus, a charity that provides handmade quilts, blankets, booties and hats to children is hospitals.

Gotta love Heather Bailey Freshcut fabrics.

That is GORGEOUS!!! I love it! Thanks for visiting my blog! I love finding new bloggy friends! And in answer to your question, I like the scrappy look on this quilt. I won't do it very often, but it was fun for a change.

I love this quilt! I am new to quilts and was wondering how much fabric it took to complete this. I know you mentioned you used a jelly roll, but was that it (other than the binding and back)? Thanks!! I love your blog and will be adding you to my list of blogs to check! :)

Thanks for all the nice comments! Kristen,
I used two "cupcakes" which are the same width and length as a jelly roll, but not as many fabrics. I bet one jelly roll would be enough for this quilt. I did use some scraps from my stash but only because there weren't enough variety of prints in the cupcakes. FYI I haven't seen cupcakes before. I think the etsy seller just made them up, since the fabrics I used are discountinued. Hope that helps. I'd love to see a picture if you end up making one.
