Repurposed Men's Dress Shirt = Baby Bib

My new baby boy is teething and drools like crazy! He has to wear a bib constantly. That is kind of a bummer when I want him to look cute and not like he's waiting for lunch. Here's my solution.

I fused and machine appliqued a tie cut out from a cotton print. The bib is backed in flannel and closes with velcro. This project is also a great way to repurpose dress shirts that have stains or frayed cuffs.
Love it? I made a second one - you can find it in my etsy shop.
