Here she is, all finished. I did straightline quilting following the sashing and then a square spiral in the centers of the blocks. The final quilt measures 40" x 40".
I found you via flickr and just love this - I've been debating a string quilt of my own. I've only made 2 wee baby quilts so far, have some fabric I LOVE and want to keep but didn't want something too "scrappy" looking. This proves that I can have what I want with the string approach. Love love love!
